Reading Program Volunteer Orientation

The orientation session is a chance for volunteers to learn about, become invovled with and train for the Power Lunch program in which volunteers read aloud with elementary school students in public schools around New York. Volunteers can choose to read with kids on a weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time basis. OYFP and Everybody Wins! will be hosting one-time reading events during "Ready Aloud Week" and over the course of the school year.
